Five Star/Ritz-Carlton Traffic

The Five Star/Ritz-Carlton projected increase in traffic count numbers are from a presentation made to the Town Council by the Five Star hired traffic engineer. To our knowledge the Town has not verified these projected numbers. The POP estimate is based upon what appear to be realistic and reasonable assumptions.
